Circuit Breaker & Fuse Panels

QualTest & Control Inc. circuit breaker and fuse panels offer modular power with distribution flexibility.

The modular DC distribution unit is configured with a base frame and various combinations of the following modules:

• Module 1 - Isolated six positions circuit breaker blocks. Maximum rating for each block is 300A and 100A per circuit breaker position.
• Module 2 - Twenty-two positions GMT fuse holder board. Maximum rating for the board is 100A and 15A per GMT fuse.
• Module 3 - Alarm board with front panel fuses and alarm LED lamps. The generic alarm board offers the following features:
  •  Cabinet intrusion alarm; audible and relay contact
  • Four sets of relay contacts; door alarm, Fuse alarm, side 1 circuit breakers alarm and side 2 circuit breakers alarm
  • Four front panel LED lamps; 1 green and 3 red

Configuration Options

Up to 18 “bullet” style circuit breakers, 3 isolated circuit breaker blocks.

• Up to 22 GMT fuse positions, 1GMT fuse holder board.
• Additional fan power.
• Additional front panel LED lamps.
• Additional relay contacts.
• Up to 7, sixteen (16) pin wire warp front panel alarm aggregation cross connects. Custom connector is available.
• Front access for cable / wire connection. Double lug connections for high current cables and screw terminals for fused connections.
• Width=23”, Height=6”, Depth =5.5”
• Maximum temperature rating: -40C to +85C

Fuse Distribution panel: 

• Up to 44 fuse holders. Two, 22 positions GMT fuse holder boards are offered. Panel maximum rating is 200A- 100A per fuse board, and 15A per GMT fuse.
• Front access for cable / wire connection. Double lug connections for input cables and screw terminals for fused connections.
• Width=23”, Height=3.5”, Depth= 4”.
• Fuse alarms.

Six circuit breaker panel:

• Up to 6 “bullet” style circuit breakers. Maximum rating is 300A and 100A per circuit breaker position.
• Front access for cable / wire connection. Double lug connections for all cables.
• Width=6”, Height=7.5”, Depth= 7”.
• Circuit breaker alarm.
• Custom mounting for small cabinets (rear/side).
